Our Transition blend was custom-made for a much-loved close family member in his last months, to help bring him peace during his journey from this life. Created as an aid to finding comfort and the courage to work through grief, letting go and preparing for what was to come, this nurturing, strengthening blend was made to ease his way, and that of his loved ones, as they farewelled him.
Transition is also a very useful blend for other types of change - including the break up of a relationship, when the kids leave home, moving house or starting a new job.
