*If you have a salicylate sensitivity you should avoid using this product. For use on small areas only, not all over - eg shoulder, knee or lower back. Do not use in baths. May cause irritation to sensitive areas. A patch test is recommended before application.

Easing the agony
I have tried multiple different 'cures' for sore muscles. Usually I find the 'rubs' too hot, and heat/cold applications have little effect; I hate using analgesics, and so I've suffered in (relative) silence. Now, however, I have something which eases the pain and allows me to get to sleep, or started on my gym workout, or ensures that the after-workout pain is significantly reduced.
