If you have sensitive skin don't be afraid to use essential oils. The soothing and moisturising properties of this blend make a lovely addition to baths, moisturisers and massage oils. And if that's not enough, these oils are very soothing for the soul, too! * People with sensitive skin can react more readily to essential oils, so it is advisable to start with a lower dilution (usually half recommended dose is fine, but if in any doubt less is better!). Always test on a small area of skin before use, and never use undiluted. For use in the bath, always emulsify with milk, cream or honey, or add to vegetable oil before adding to the bath.
